Brighter, Stronger Foundation (BSF) is a home and community-based services agency. Our programs are designed to help families stay together and continue to live in their own homes and participate in their communities. At Brighter, Stronger Foundation, we provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, Autism and Related Services, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders and developmental disabilities.
BSF is dedicated to empowering children, adults, and families to build a better future and lead healthy, productive lives. Brighter, Stronger Foundation is an approved program under the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Autism Waiver Program administered by Maryland State Department of Education. We are also licensed to provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services and Therapeutic Behavioral Services under Maryland State Office of Health Care and Quality.
